MALIK GRIFFIN

Malik (Coach G) grew up playing ball in St. Louis, as a byproduct he developed a passion for the game from a young age, playing through high school before competing at the NAIA level. This journey ignited his love for coaching, allowing him to share his knowledge and experience with the next generation of players.

Since returning to St. Louis in 2021, Coach G has dedicated himself to training athletes of all skill levels. His coaching experience spans from elementary school teams to high school varsity programs, including notable roles in AAU on the Nike and Under Armour circuits, as well as at Crossroads College Prep and Bishop DuBourg.

As a USA Basketball certified coach, he brings a wealth of expertise to his training sessions. He has learned from professional players through family connections, which enriches his coaching approach. Coach G’s primary focus is on transforming athletes, helping them elevate their game week by week while fostering their growth as individuals. His commitment to developing both the skills and character of his players prepares them for success at the next level, ensuring they become not just better athletes, but also fine young men and women.
