DYLAN BRISCOE

SKILL DEVELOPMENT SPECIALIST

Growing up in St. Charles County, Dylan established himself as a standout player at Francis Howell Central, breaking many of the school’s 3-point records before graduating. Pursuing his basketball dreams, he chose the JUCO route, dedicating countless hours and sacrifices to reach the level he wanted to be at. Despite battling knee injuries, Dylan persevered and finished his playing career at Texas State.

Over the course of four years, playing for three different schools, Dylan gained invaluable insight into diverse coaching styles and philosophies. These experiences deepened his love for the game and sparked a passion for giving back to the next generation. Currently, Dylan serves as the Head of Girls Player Development at Principia High School in Town and Country, MO.

Having climbed the ranks and experienced the grind of collegiate basketball, Dylan understands the dedication and work ethic required to succeed. His mission is to instill that same drive and discipline in youth players at an earlier stage than he had realized himself.

Dylan’s coaching goes beyond physical development—he is equally passionate about shaping the mental side of the game. He emphasizes creating proper habits on and off the court, handling adversity, being coachable, and accepting constructive criticism. His focus on a ‘Read and React’ style of play and understanding the “why” behind every situation equips players with the tools to adapt and excel in any system. Dylan’s goal is to help young athletes become complete basketball players who can confidently thrive in any environment.
